Privacy Policy

Caddi captures swings on your device. Pose detection, scoring, and feedback all run locally on your phone — the video itself never leaves the device unless you choose to share it.

When you sign in, we store the following with our cloud provider (Supabase, hosted in EU regions):

• Your email address and a unique account identifier.
• Numerical swing metrics (score, tempo, rotation angles, head movement, clubhead speed, etc.) and the club used.
• Timestamps for each recorded swing and session.
• Your handicap and bag-club preferences, if you set them.

We do not upload your raw swing video, audio, or pose-frame data to any server. They stay on your device.

• To sync your metrics across the phone app and caddi.uk.
• To track progress and personalise coaching feedback.
• To debug crashes (anonymised) and improve the analyser engine in future updates.

We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising networks inside Caddi.

The app accesses your camera and microphone only while you're capturing a swing. Audio is analysed on-device to detect ball impact for auto-clipping; raw audio is never recorded to a file or transmitted anywhere.

We support email/password sign-in and Sign in with Google. If you use Google, we receive your email address and Google account ID — nothing else. We never see your Google password.

• Delete any swing or session from inside the app at any time. Deleted clips sit in a 30-day recovery queue and are then permanently removed.
• To delete your account and all server-side data, email privacy@caddi.uk. We action requests within 7 days.
• Export your data by emailing the same address. We'll send a JSON dump of every row stored against your account.

Caddi is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@caddi.uk and we'll remove it.

If we materially change this policy we'll update the date at the top of the page and notify signed-in users by email.
