Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Caddi mobile app, the caddi.uk website, and any hardware we sell (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Caddi is operated by Caddi Limited, registered in England. You can reach us at hello@caddi.uk.

You must be at least 13 to use Caddi. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Tell us immediately at privacy@caddi.uk if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the Service — including but not limited to reverse-engineering, abusing other users, or attempting to access data they don't own.

Pro membership is billed monthly through Apple in-app purchase. Cancel any time from Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we don't refund partial months.

We may change Pro pricing or features with at least 30 days' notice for existing members.

Hardware reservations require a £200 deposit, refundable in full up to 14 days before scheduled delivery. After delivery, UK consumer law applies — you have a 14-day right to return undamaged hardware for a full refund.

The Caddi Drone, Phone Stand, and Charging Dock carry a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty doesn't cover crashes, water damage, or modifications.

Swing recordings, notes, and metrics belong to you. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data for the sole purpose of providing the features described in the app. We won't share or sell it.

You can delete your data at any time — see the Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Use Caddi to harass, surveil, or invade the privacy of others.
• Fly the Caddi Drone in violation of local laws or in airspace where drone flight is restricted.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to bypass any security measure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Caddi analyser's source code.

Caddi's coaching feedback is software-generated and is not a substitute for in-person lessons from a qualified PGA professional. Practise within your physical limits.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caddi Limited disclaims all implied warranties and limits its aggregate liability to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before any claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be resolved exclusively in the English courts.

We'll update the date at the top of the page when these Terms change materially, and email signed-in users for significant updates.
